The busser will help the wait staff by cleaning, setting tables, providing silverware, occasionally serving  food at tables, and other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and meet the highest standards of quality customer service. Training is provided.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparing for guests by cleaning and setting tables
  • Greeting patrons, and if needed, escorting guests to tables
  • Assisting guests by providing menus; keeping menus clean and presentable
  • Serving water to guests and refilling glasses as needed
  • Serving bread baskets to guests
  • Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, condiments, and salt & pepper containers
  • Removing guests’ dirty dishes and utensils
  • Vacuuming, sweeping or mopping the dining room
  • Removing trash and recycling; replacing trash bags
  • Clearing tables as guests complete their meals, and preparing tables for the next guests
  • Following and maintaining all sanitation and safety procedures
  • Performing closing and opening duties such as cleaning chairs and tables, stacking chairs, and preparing stations for the morning shift


  • Wear uniform and appropriate work shoes
  • Able to move and clean quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, polite and courteous to all patrons
  • Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
  • Excellent at verbal communication
  • Works well and efficiently under pressure
  • Willing to train
  • Willing and available to work evenings and weekends


  • Part-time: 20- 35 hours per week
  • Minimum Wage: $15.00 per hour + gratuity
