SUMMARY:
The Room Attendant works with the Executive Housekeeper to achieve the cleanliness and guest service standards required by the hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to guest requests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Provide daily cleaning & sanitation per standards, including public areas and guest rooms
- Ensure communication of maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain equipment in proper working order, reporting any concerns to leadership.
- Clean rooms to standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure the correct handling of lost guest property in accordance with Hotel procedures.
- Work and communicate in a professional manner with colleagues.
- Maintain standards in compliance with Housekeeping Policies.
