Responsibilities:

  • Filing, faxing & data entry
  • Working with computer software – mainly Microsoft Office programs
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Redirecting calls, taking and relaying messages
  • Responding to emails
  • Proficient in excel. Able to multitask
  • Process Quotes
  • Customer Service
  • Able to Multitask

Requirements:

  • 1 year of previous office/admin experience
  • Friendly, outgoing, and excellent customer service skills
  • Good with computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Health & Safety Experience considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Reliable vehicle and License needed.
