
Interpaving
Responsibilities:
- Filing, faxing & data entry
- Working with computer software – mainly Microsoft Office programs
- Other duties as assigned
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Redirecting calls, taking and relaying messages
- Responding to emails
- Proficient in excel. Able to multitask
- Process Quotes
- Customer Service
- Able to Multitask
Requirements:
- 1 year of previous office/admin experience
- Friendly, outgoing, and excellent customer service skills
- Good with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Health & Safety Experience considered an asset
Job Type: Full-time
