As a PartsPro, you will become the central hub for all online orders. The store’s functioning depends on you and your inventory management capacities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering a great shopping experience
  • Supporting e-commerce orders for customers
  • Reviewing daily order reports, identifying the items both on the floor and in the stock room, packing and preparing orders for shipping
  • Ensuring the team follows our loss prevention policies

Skills

  • Ability to deliver customer service, previous experience in a customer service oriented capacity preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts aftermarket industry
  • Excellent verbal communication and effective listening skills
  • Functional literacy and capability of recognizing parts numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts
  • Knowledge of and comfort using computer based applications including: Point of Sale, Internet, Parts Ordering Management and Microsoft Office
  • High School graduate preferred
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to handle cash responsibilities
  • Valid drivers license and clean driver’s abstract an asset

Work Environment

  • PartSource Store
  • Retail hours including scheduled evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Standing for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Viewing computer screen for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to and including 50lbs
  • Personal protective equipment – Mandatory: certified safety shoes – As required: safety glasses, reflective safety vest, ventilator, hard hat, gloves, apron.

  • Based on experience
