Kivi Park YMCA Day Camp

Let’s JUMP into summer!

The Sudbury YMCA in partnership with Kivi Park is thrilled to re offer this beautiful Day Camp location for summer 2022! We will be offering 9 weeks of fun and safe day camp experiences, perfect for anyone looking to spend more time outdoors and families living in the south end of the city. Kivi Park is a multi-use sports and outdoor park overlooking Long Lake in Sudbury, Ontario. Our day campers will enjoy all that Kivi Park has to offer, including Crowley Lake!

We believe that all children should experience the magic of day camp no matter their financial circumstance. Payment options are available. Please fill out the application form by clicking here and send it back to sudburydaycamps@ymcaneo.ca. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Get prepared for any situation at YMCA Outdoor Survival Camp! Learn essential skills like fire and shelter building, knots and how to track animals. Even better, use your skills to create a survival kit and make the most of your time in the woods during this camp!

August 29-September 2

Ages 6-12
Member Fee: $229 | Public Fee: $262

With home base at Crowley Lake, this camp will have you spending more time on the water than on land! Campers will have the opportunity to kayak, paddle board and swim the day away. Campers will learn all about water safety as part of this camp. This camp will be supervised by a National Lifeguard Certified counsellor.

For all the fishing enthusiasts, or any camper who wants to learn more about fishing, this camp is for YOU! With the generous support of the Gord Slade Fishing Outpost, this camp will help you learn about safe fishing, the different species of fish in our region and get you out on the lake to try to reel in the big one! (catch and release only).

In Nature Art Camp, campers will have the opportunity to develop self-expression through nature. Campers will explore the elements and principles of Art while fostering a connection with the great outdoors, through the many art projects they will create.

Multi-sport camp is the go-to program for those who love all kinds of sports!  Participants will spend all morning each day playing a new sport.  Floor hockey, soccer, basketball and Frisbee are just a few of the activities that will leave campers ready for an early bed-time by the end of the day. All Sorts of Sports Campers will get to learn different sports from various special guests!

The health and safety of campers, our staff and community is our priority. All COVID-19 protocols and procedures will be in place for YMCA Summer Day Camp as per our local Public Health. As we approach summer, we look forward to sharing more details on what those procedures and protocols will be this year.
