Join the My Y Steps Challenge!

The goal is simple – walk 1,000 steps each day for the month of May and help us reach our new collective goal of 10 million steps together in North Bay, Sudbury and Timmins.

We’ll be with you each step of the way with tips and tricks from YMCA staff who are in this challenge with you. Keep an eye out for weekly emails and on our social media for familiar faces who will help you stay motivated.

The challenge kicks off on May 1st until May 30th. Remember to step safely and follow all local COVID-19 guidelines. 

It’s important that you record your steps each day so we can track how far along we are to the goal. You can use an app or a smart device to track your steps during the day and fill in the online form so we can track progress! Click here to view the form.
