Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Remote

Positions Available: 2
Location: Remote, candidates must live within one hour of Greater Sudbury
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: From $37,732.50 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus one Saturday per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone inquiries from plan members, plan sponsors, healthcare providers and ClaimSecure staff
• Assist with questions regarding claims, payments, coverage, eProfile applications and direct deposit
• Research and resolve customer inquiries using company systems and available resources
• Escalate concerns when required
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Document calls and maintain accurate records
• Complete call logs and reports
• Follow up on customer inquiries when necessary

Requirements:

• Fluent bilingualism in English and French is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• 1 to 3 years of call centre, data entry, healthcare or related experience is an asset
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain professional in stressful situations
