Our company is hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation at our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily food prep, ensuring kitchen staff is on schedule and working properly, maintaining all inventory and cleaning supplies, and overseeing general employee policies. The right individual will have a strong background in restaurant management, experience managing kitchen staff, extensive knowledge of food prep, and a history of ensuring proper sanitation.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a restaurant’s kitchen staff.

  • Oversee food preparation, storage, and presentation.

  • Supervise kitchen finances and profit margins.

  • Supervise overall safe food handling and food safety procedures.

  • Train staff in food preparation techniques, culinary science, and sanitation.

  • Schedule and coordinate staff work.

Rate of Pay $35 000- $40 000
