NES – Northern Employment Solutions Inc. is currently seeking to hire 2–4 experienced Welders/Fabricators to join a growing production team in Sudbury, Ontario.

Shift Options

Candidates must be available for one of the following shifts:

• Monday to Friday — 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
  OR
• Monday to Thursday — 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM

Job Expectations

Successful candidates will:

• Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and being prepared to contribute
• Read, fit, and weld products according to work orders and welding procedures
• Maintain a strong commitment to safe work practices and a safety-first culture
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards
• Work effectively as part of a team with a positive attitude
• Deliver high-quality fabrication work while minimizing downtime and rework
• Contribute toward monthly production bonus opportunities through quality workmanship and productivity

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 5 years of welding experience in heavy fabrication
• Experience with MIG and Flux Core (FCAW) welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and weld symbols
• Strong fitting and measurement skills, including accurate tape measure use
• Ability to calculate proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Working knowledge of basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
