Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shift Leader / Supervisor with strong cleaning skills and the ability to support staff during daily cleaning shifts.

This role focuses on completing cleaning work while providing on-site guidance to team members to ensure company standards are met. The Shift Leader / Supervisor works closely with the business owner and supports day-to-day cleaning operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning to company standards

• Support and guide cleaning staff during daily shifts

• Lead by example to maintain consistent quality in all homes

• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed correctly and on time

• Assist with organizing daily cleaning routes and tasks

• Communicate respectfully with clients while on site

• Report supply needs, damages, or concerns to the owner

• Maintain professionalism and discretion in all client homes

• Step in to assist team members as needed throughout the shift

Required Qualifications

• Previous residential cleaning experience

• Some leadership or team-lead experience an asset

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Good communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver’s license

• Clean driver’s abstract

• Professional appearance and reliability

Transportation

• A company vehicle is available for work-related travel

• Professional presentation is essential due to high-end residential clients

Preferred Experience

• Team leadership in cleaning, hospitality, or service industries

• Residential or commercial cleaning experience

• Client-facing service roles
