We are seeking an Administrative Support Clerk to handle the day-to-day administrative and reception desk functions at Elm Place; a Mixed-use complex in downtown Sudbury that includes an office tower and a shopping centre.

The ASC ensures that the property is served with a first-class service-oriented attitude with the ability to do the following:

  • All reception duties, including answering and dispatching of telephone calls, receipt and distribution of mail,
  • Communicate with third-party contractors including Security, Cleaning, and Maintenance personnel on building-related issues.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for Mall Management and Head Office Executives.
  • Develop and maintain physical and digital files.
  • Maintain work orders logs and contact lists.
  • Assist with parking system and purchase orders.
  • Liaise with Head Office on various matters including accounts payable, receivables, etc.
  • Maintain and look after the office equipment including fax, photocopier, kitchen equipment, etc.
  • Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, excellent planning, and organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure as well as within a team, multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Pay will be commensurate with experience.

Salary Rate: Depending on Experience
Hours Per Week: 40
Start date: Start date to follow selection process
