Your vibe and experience
- 1+ years of McDonalds restaurant (or other QSR) operations experience demonstrating an expert knowledge of operations procedures and key restaurant performance metrics.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to navigate through an ambiguous, ever-changing environment
- Able to work with the General Manager and other team members to achieve targets and create a positive work culture in the restaurant.
- Must have transportation and be willing to work at any of our Sudbury locations
