THE ROLE:

Bloom House Cannabis Co. is looking for a Post Harvest Manager to join our team!

JOB DETAILS:

  • To ensure all aspects of the plant harvest, from the time the plants are cut, until the product is packaged and ready for sale or distribution. The Post Harvest Manager is a hands-on role and must ensure the product is compliant with Health Canada’s Cannabis Regulations while following Health and Safety protocols.
  • The Post-Harvest Manager is to oversee all post-harvest operations (harvest-drying-bucking-trimming) as well as train staff to meet production goals while maintaining a high-quality cannabis line fully consistent with Standard Operating Procedures. Working with all employees engaged in post-harvest activities, he/she will ensure the entire process is monitored and documented. The Post Harvest Manager will provide the organizational tools to improve the capability of the Post Harvest process. The Post Harvest Manager must ensure compliance with all relevant Acts and regulations.
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Security Cleared preferable
  • Demonstrated managerial experience
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing work environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Previous experience in inventory management/production monitoring software

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
COVID-19 considerations:
All team members are require to full PPE

Ability to commute/relocate:

Greater Sudbury, ON P3Y 1L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Salary Rate: $18.00 -$20.00 per hour
