Official Giveaway Rules – YMCA Member Appreciation Event

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by YMCA of Northeastern Ontario, located at 140 Durham Street, Sudbury.

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Ontario who are physically present at the giveaway location on January 1, 2026. (Sudbury YMCA at 140 Durham Street OR the North Bay YMCA at 186 Chippewa Street West, North Bay)
• Must be age of majority in Ontario (18+) unless otherwise permitted by law.
• Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

• No purchase necessary.
• On January 1, 2026, the first 100 eligible participants to scan their card at the designated locations will receive one (1) gift.
• Limit of one (1) gift per person.

4. Prizes

• Each of the first 100 eligible participants per location will receive one (1) gift.
• Approximate retail value of each gift: $8.80.
• Total number of gifts available: 100 per location.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or exchangeable.

5. Odds of Winning

• Odds depend solely on being among the first 100 eligible participants to scan their card.

6. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these rules.
• Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or disputes regarding arrival order.
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes once awarded.
• Sponsor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance of a prize.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and will not be shared except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

• This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
• Void where prohibited.
