Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to General Managers
  • Review and input timecards into the time attendance system to ensure accuracy
  • Reviewing time tracking systems to ensure proper job costing/coding
  • Provide internal support to Payroll Administrator as assigned
  • Invoicing
  • Creating Purchase Orders
  • Other task as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a high-volume date entry role
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a payroll entry, invoicing and creating purchase orders.
  • Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills are essential
