CarePartners is recruiting Personal Support Workers, as well as trainees for the Home Support Worker program!

Candidates must have the following: 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • COVID Vaccines

Home Support Worker Program:

  • No experience necessary
  • Paid training
  • Sign on bonus
  • Guaranteed placement
  • Flexible hours

HSW Program Requirements: 

  • 4-week commitment (online and in-person):
    • Week 1 and 2: Virtual  Monday – Friday
      • You must be available to attend the online classroom from 9:00- 4:00 pm
    • Week 3 and 4: Hands on training – Typically Monday – Friday, but flexibility may be required
      • You must be available to attend both skills training in the branch and job shadowing in the field
  • Must have a laptop/desktop with web cam and microphone access, and strong internet connection 
  • Flexibility to work days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some statutory holidays (2-3)
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week between Monday and Friday

Salary Rate: To be determined based on experience
Hours Per Week: Both full-time and part-time opportunities - to be determined based on role.
