Facebook Live Sessions
Starting Sunday, May 10th, we will be launching our virtual program schedule that includes health, fitness and wellness activities and programming from our YMCA Child Care Services team. These sessions will be available through Facebook. There is something for everyone and we hope that you enjoy seeing familiar faces amongst the staff and volunteers who will be hosting these sessions!
As part of our virtual offerings, we will be hosting a 4-week free virtual yoga class where members will be able to interact with our instructor in a private online forum. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to register and for more details.
YMCA at Home
YMCA at Home is our new virtual platform that provides you with the ability to connect with your favourite YMCA programs, activities and instructors without leaving the comfort of your own home! You can expect a safe, fun and impactful experience for everyone in your family.
