If you run into any issues registering online, you can give a call to the membership services desk to register over the phone, or reach out to our Programs Administrative Supervisor, Emily McIlroy, at emily.mcilroy@ymcaneo.ca
A 25% deposit will be owed at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be split into 3 payments due on April 4th, May 2nd and June 6th. Balances must be paid in full prior to the start of camp.
Subsidy registrations need to be completed by a staff member to override the 25% deposit required on the website. You can call the membership services desk to register over the phone, or reach out to Programs Administrative Supervisor, Emily McIlroy, at emily.mcilroy@ymcaneo.ca
You can apply for financial support on our online portal.
Support will be determined based off of the financial statements provided. A staff member will review your application once complete, and will determine the level of assistance that can be provided. Typically, this amount is up to 50%, however in special circumstances we are able to go above this amount of support.
Once you are approved for financial support, this will automatically apply to all of our core service offerings, including membership, camp and programs.
If you have been approved for financial support, and are in need of further support, please reach out to Programs Administrative Supervisor, Emily McIlroy, at emily.mcilroy@ymcaneo.ca. We also have support available if you are need of supplies for your camper to attend camp.
We have updated our inclusion policy for the 2025 camp season. We unfortunately cannot provide inclusion staff at this time. Campers requiring extra support are still welcome at our camp locations, however families are required to provide their own support worker for camp. (EA, PSW, Respite Worker, family member over the age of 18 etc.) There is no extra cost for support workers to attend camp.
