Winter Session 2026
The winter session will take place January 5, 2026- March 15, 2026. YMCA Member Registration will take place on December 10, 2025 at 7:00am. Public Registration will take place on December 17, 2025 at 7:00am. Schedules will be available the week of September 2, 2025.

Family Day Hours
YMCA Health and Wellness Centres will be open 8:00am – 4:00pm on Monday, February 16, 2026.

What’s the Difference Between the Youth Schedule and the Recreation Schedule?
Our Youth Schedule highlight our year-round programming for ages up to 18 years old, updates as needed.
Our Recreation Schedule highlights our sessional programming for all ages (0–110), running all sessions – fall, winter, spring, and summer sessions.
Temporary Schedule Interruptions
- February 10, 2026: Gym Closed 7:15-8:45 pm for a rental. Open gym is available at 8:45 pm.
- February 11, 2026: There will be no lane swim from 1:00-2:00pm due to a rental.
- February 12, 2026: Lap Pool will be limited to three lanes from 1:00 – 2:00 PM for lane swimmers.
- Family Day: YMCA Health and Wellness Centres will be open 8:00am – 4:00pm on Monday, February 16, 2026.
- February 17, 2026: Gym Closed 7:15-8:45 pm for a rental. Open gym is available at 8:45 pm.
- February 19, 2026: Lap Pool will be closed from 8:00-9:00pm due to a rental.
- February 20, 2026: The Lap Pool will be unavailable from 1:00 – 2:00 PM due to a rental.
- February 26, 2026: The Lap Pool will be limited to three lanes from 1:00pm – 2:00 PM for lane swimmers.
- February 26, 2026: Lap Pool will be closed from 8:00-9:00pm due to a rental.
- March 3, 2026: Gym Closed 7:15-8:45 for a rental. Open Gym is available at 8:45 pm
- March 10, 2026: Gym Closed 7:15-8:45 for a rental. Open Gym is available at 8:45 pm
- March 12, 2026: Lap Pool will be closed from 8:00-9:00pm due to a rental.
- March 19, 2026: Lap Pool will be closed from 8:00-9:00pm due to a rental.
Cancellation requests received at least 14 days before the start of the program will receive a refund minus an administration fee of $25 per program being cancelled.
Cancellation requests received with less than 14 days’ notice will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 50% of the cost of the program being cancelled. Cancellation requests that are received less than 48 hours prior to the start of the program being requested to cancel will not qualify for a refund.
For cancellations due to medical reasons, a doctor’s note is required to waive the cancellation policy.
